I thought I should share and remind us of an area in our Christian walk with Christ that we sometimes not pay attention to;

"FELLOWSHIP"

1 Corinthians 1:9; "God is faithful through whom you were called unto fellowship with his Son Jesus Christ our Lord "

Fellowship means an inner unity, which the Greek word is Koinonia.

From beginning man was created for worship and when we lost it in the garden of Eden, Christ took us back there when he laid down his life for us.
The worship am talking about is not your quite time of studying and praying but a time when we go to God in total submission of worship and not asking for anything in return.

A time where God does the talking and we listen

"THE SECRET THINGS ABOUT GOD ARE KNOWN AND DISCOVERED IN THE PLACE OF WORSHIP." 1 Corinthians 2:9

Abraham worshipped, that's why he was able to hold on and believed that faithful is he that promised.
Enoch walked with God for God took him. Gen5:24
Moses also worshiped, that's why God said with Moses "I talked mouth to mouth as a friend talks with his friend"  Num12:8

Apostle Paul worshipped and he did amazing miracles and wrote more of the books in the New Testament.

I believe there is more to life that we need to know, more to our intimacy with our Father that we need to pay attention to and cry out like Apostle Paul did when he said "that I may know Him and the power of His resurrection"

Let's go back there people, its our rightful place!!

Have a blessed day.

  1. Worship glorifies God. This has always been His intent for man's creation.

  2. Worship is a magnifier of God's supremacy above our life's predicament. Job 1:20 says Then Job arose, and rent his mantle, and shaved his head, and fell down upon the ground, and worshipped, (Job 1:20, KJV). True worship is the declaration and expression of undying dependence on God as your entire life's sustainer (Acts 17:28). Worshipping God should and must be an inseparable part of life. God bless us, Amen.
