Trip to Omu Resort!

Tuesday, October 10, 2017

Hey guys! Last week Monday (Public Holiday for Nigeria's Independence), we decided to visit Omu Resort in Ibeju-Lekki. The trip was long overdue as majority of us have been swamped with work for quite a long time and needed to relax 😊

We left from our take off point in Amuwo Odofin at around 8am. It was raining so much that we were scared the resort would be flooded. Some minutes past 11am we arrived at the resort and there were pools of water here and there. However, the ground was almost dry when we got in the actual park!

An area had already been prepared for us for settle in and after we did, we had a short team bonding session and then set off to play!

We visited the Seaworld and Games area first.

While some of us admired the different species of water creatures...

... some preferred to play table tennis and some board games.

Babies were not left out. They had an area for children aged about 2 - 5years to play in. Ooops. Didn't take a photo 🙈
andddd then the sun came out! I can say we know how Noah felt now 😂

hhahaha. Guess who threw up after one ride?

Charles also couldn't hold his stomach after the Spaceship ride!😹

In Desua's world.. this is how you shoot an arrow

This ride..

It looks like Child's Play... don't fall for it!!

Ehhhh! Item 7 time! Jollof  💃💃💃💃

Elijah when he heard Jezebel wanted to kill him  😂

There was so much to do at Omu Resort, Kayaking, Archery, Games, Swings, Rollercoasters, the list was endless and unfortunately it was time for us to go home. We definitely would recommend Omu Resort as a great hang out spot for families or groups!

Leaving you with this cute photo of our baby Nathan!💞
